SABS is the succesor of AdHell which WAS on the Play Store. The problem was that the dev works for Samsung and they told him to bring the app down.

AdHell was open source to a point, with most if not all, its code on GitHub where some guy from reddit/XDA took the code and made AdHell 2 which then evolved into SABS.
