Wow...ummm. What’s happening here? Did I accidentally stumble on a YouTube thread.
I was on a jury that convicted on a felony obstruction charge. We convicted the defendant on believable and compelling testimony and evidence. The testimony and evidence we had available, though, pales in comparison to what came out in Comey’s testimony.
Woah--chill. I saw a bunch of tweets saying that Comey and the professor should be prosecuted for “leaking” the notes and I was trying to understand why they would be prosecuted. If the notes were not classified, there’s no crime, as far as I understand. Jeesus.
I’m still no fan of Comey, but I was impressed by his restraint with McCain. I would’ve probably said something like “What are you even talking about right now?”
