Well, having played the games, my personnal take is that the story would make a terrific movie, or better yet, a great series. Lot’s of themes to tackle in depth.

Cautiously optimistic after hearing that Druckmann is directly involved. Having people who have lived and breathed the source material involved at a high level is definitely a key to a successful TV adaptation, as we’ve seen with The Expanse.

This whole thing is so dumb on so many levels. I get that it’s tough to dissociate actors from certain roles and I also get that it can be a little “weird” to keep seeing the same actor over and over again, but I’m realizing now this is for another animated movie and he’s just doing the voice and I couldn’t care less.
