i hope this decision indicates a willingness to elevate the production style and scope of the games. this series has long felt antiquated to me, excusing itself as a children’s game when other games like zelda have been much more forward-thinking and embracing of sophisticated game mechanics.

For me, the biggest advancement in the technology of the current generation of consoles is the ability to suspend the system and the game you’re currently playing. Not having to wait for a game to load when you sit down to play makes short play sessions much more enjoyable.
