I posted this image plenty of times before but whoever did this just made me like the pre-facelift TLX a whole lot more.

Somehow the beak looks better than the current front:

Would be seen driving one? More like can’t afford one.

I’d have one if they were just a little less money. Definitely not an old person car.

Thanks for saving me the trouble of posting this. The Flex gets no love but is stupendously comfortable and practical. Find one with the 3.5 Ecoboost and you can smoke most other offerings here even with 5 other adults along for the ride.

$10 million was what they sued for, not what they offered.

2014- ish Ford Flex Limited would be a good option. Reliable, quirky enough, practical and enjoyable to drive.

The Accord is the right answer. Its already “Jesus Approved”!

Done and done. Get a used/CPO Crosstrek. Perfect blend of utility, weirdness, reliability, and price. You can even get one with a manual.

Now I want a 2.5L I4 producing 580hp! (maybe in a Miata?)

Looks like they put pine tar on em, you know, for extra grip.

You get a star simply for using “couldn’t care less” correctly

That is not a car I could drive, therefore I couldn’t care less about it.

Or you take the high speed shots of other skaters out of context and it looks like a bethesda game

DC2 Acura Integra, any trim.

Call when tax season is over and offer them $11,000 cash.

With shady dealing like that it’ll probably sit there another 220 days.

Just pullin’ your chain :) But admire the fact that with that cogent and inspirational post, I am no longer Gray!

Not necessarily. When I bought my GTI in 2013, a used example with under 20k miles was only $3k less than a brand new one at sticker price. Why would I not pay an extra $3k to avoid the risk of a previous owner’s bad decisions, poor driving, and potentially missed maintenance? That $3k amortized over a 5-year loan is

If a 2-year old, lightly used one is a few thousand less expensive, that gap closes if the buyer can get better financing on the new one, plus there is more warranty left. For many buyers, that’s enough to decide to buy new.
