As much as I loved D2:LoD back in the day, it’s not really the type of game that I have time or patience to play now that I’m in my 30's. Game design has progressed a lot in the last 20 years, and I’ve grown accustomed to the quality of life improvements in modern designs. I’m content to look back fondly on my

I’d be pretty pissed if I had to back out over a speed bump right in front of my garage for 10 years. Especially if the damn thing was cracked to shit and worn down into hard angled “curb”.

A Miata can do the same thing for less money, and it’s much more fun. And attractive.

My wife wanted a convertible, and I briefly looked into these thinking a hardtop convertible with a “luxury” ride seemed like it’d be a sensible decision on paper.

I actually think the Q50 exterior looks pretty nice. Its handsome curves and understated appearance have grown on me over time, whereas many more “modern” cars are getting more overdesigned & ridiculous grilles, louvres, and cladding that just clash with the design or seem cheap by comparison. It’s too bad everything

I’ve always thought that this type of cladding just makes a car look cheap. I’m sure it’s functional, and it’s better to have gravel smack the plastic cladding than to have it chip away paint... But it takes an otherwise decent looking ~$30,000 sports car and makes it look like a cheap budget commuter to me.

Don’t let that neglected nightmare of a GTI dissuade you from the brand. I’m currently approaching 100k miles in my 2011 GTI and loving every minute of it. Find a car that was well cared for, and you’ll be much happier. This is true regardless of brand.

Absolutely. I rarely feel the need to play a game on Day 1 (or week 1). I usually wait for a price drop, at which point the biggest problems are usually fixed. Deathloop sounds like it’s my kind of game, but I think I’ll enjoy it just as much after Black Friday.

Have they fixed the JoyCon drift yet?

If it’s a stick-shift, the previous bro-dude owner can’t drive for shit. Budget for a new clutch.

I believe Disney has the rights to Doug, so that’s pretty unlikely for this small developer’s budget.  Maybe DLC or a sequel?

That’s often how sequels tend to work...

I love playing games, but the online “community” around gaming is generally pretty toxic. I watched the trailer and thought “cool, it looks like it’s picking up where the last game left off” and didn’t look to engage in any more discussion beyond that.

This is a lazy attempt at a hot take.  Play God of War PS4 and you’ll see.

Really excited for KotOR. As much fun as I’ve had recently with Mass Effect Legendary Edition and FF7 Remake, I’m hopeful that the KotOR remake falls somewhere in between. I replay the original game every few years - most recently on mobile - and it holds up pretty well. But I wouldn’t mind playing it again with a

Have you tried Hades? By far my favorite game of the past year on Switch - and now it's on PS4/5.

How’s the Bimmer so far? Worth it for the rear based feel?

I currently drive a Mk6 GTI and as much as I want an Audi A4 Avant/Allroad, Volvo V60, or Buick Regal TourX for my next vehicle, I can’t help but think the Sportwagen/Alltrack is the best value for the money.

That’s great to hear! I’ve been hooked on Hades lately, and am slowly working through Assassin’s Creed Odyssey - but when I need some time to just relax, I’ll definitely be booting up Everybody’s Golf.

My two favorite golf games were the PSP version of Hot Shots and Mario Golf World Tour on 3DS - both of which should be easy to play on an emulator... Being able to play golf on the go is extremely underrated. If Mario Golf Super Rush had more courses, I’d probably have picked it up already . I’m waiting to see if the
