Thanks for sharing your story, Tom. My neighbor is a wheelchair user that has been driving his early 1990's Nissan Pickup in Teal Green with hand controls for the past couple decades. He REALLY wanted to find a new-ish Tacoma that could fit his hand-powered recumbent trike in the bed, but had a heck of a time finding

Thanks, Ash! This is just delightful. Now I’m feeling the need to replay MGS3!

Fun little story about the GTI: I’m 5'8" and my wife is 4'11", so it’s the perfect car for us. We have friends that are 6'8" and 6'2" tall, and one time they needed a ride from us. We offered the taller of the two to sit up front, but they preferred to sit together, so they both climbed in the back of my 2 door Mk5 and

HR-V, the CH-R, the HH-S, TX-C and the BB-W.

Having a shitty beater is a right of passage for a first-time driver. My first car was a dented to hell ‘88 Toyota Corolla on chopped springs (the boring FWD version) and my brother had a clapped out ‘93 Saturn.

This is a triumph.

I mostly agree. The stakes seem higher with in-game consequences, though I’m not really bothered with them removing content. Now that Bungie is out from under Activision’s wing, I think they’ll feel more confident taking creative risks that aren’t designed solely around increased monetization.

If you’ve only played the campaign, you have barely scratched the surface of Destiny. What’s being removed is content that hasn’t really been relevant for years.

I’ve played Destiny 2 solo for probaby 80% of my playtime, and it’s still really fun - and that’s after playing nearly 1,000 hours of Destiny 1 mostly with groups. Now that I’m married, I just don’t have the time to dedicate to raids & what not, but I REALLY enjoy this game!

What are the cars most often cross-shopped with Volkswagen’s GTI, Trebek?”

Agreed. Even the Switch had to wait a few months for Breath of the Wild to come out. I think the previous generation will continue to be pretty strong for a few years until the top tier games start to land (exclusively) on the new consoles.

I’m not sure we can say the Series X is a better value until we see games on it. When I can play Halo, Forza, Gears, and Fable on the PC I already own, I’m not sure there’s a ton of value in buying the Series X/S regardless of its computational horsepower. The PS5 (eventually) gets me a bunch of games that can’t be

Same. Controls were a little sluggish, but it wasn’t as fast paced or forgiving as God of War where you could cancel mid-attack to block. The Souls games definitely have a steeper (old school?) learning curve that wasn’t my jam either.

I think most family buyers looking at that $300 price tag would probably lean towards a Switch, but the Series S definitely falls closer to “impulse buy” territory for a casual gamer. I’m very interested to see how this plays out. The Series S could be a decent Fortnite, Minecraft and Call of Duty machine, but then the

Same. I’ll gladly pay an extra $20 to replay the original remastered for PS5. Now I just need to decide between a PS5 or new graphics card this year...

Dad Simulator 2021 confirmed.

I’m with you in expecting a $500 PS5 and $400 PS5 Digital. I expect the PS5 Digital will be the exact same hardware as the PS5, just without the disc drive - unlike the Series S which has lesser hardware to get to the $300 price point.

It makes sense to the types of people that frequent gaming websites like Kotaku, but to a parent whose kids want an XBox Series X, it’s going to be really confusing when there’s an XBox One X, Xbox Series X, but then there’s some cheaper models with an S involved, and it’s not exactly clear what to get when all the

It amazes me how dramatically this news contrasts with the news from CD Projekt Red that they will be remastering The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, along with all of its DLC for PS5, XSX, and PC. That content will be FREE OF CHARGE to anyone who owns the current version of the game. Talk about going above and beyond to

You’re right. It’s not consumer-friendly, but it’s Nintendo, so they can get away with a lot of stuff like this because they have such strong branding with Mario. Disney used to do this with their animated movies - they would only release copies in waves to drive demand and keep movies from going on clearance.
