I agree. This sucks, but this decision isn’t wrong. The prosecution messed up. This is terrible. I doubt he’ll be reconvicted. Doubters and Cosby supporters will hold this up as evidence he was wrongfully convicted. Cosby will spin people a line of bullshit about America trying to keep a good bkack man down.

In all fairness, he probably didn't really go much further than that in school. (I'm not being snarky, he's been in show business since he was a kid. A lot of those on set "tutors" are a joke when you're making $$$ as a child star.)

I went through a period of time where I was in and out of jail and the psych ward. Nobody ever forced me to stop using drugs or forced me to get an IUD. (I...was once court ordered to leave and not come back to a certain state for a period of 1 year, but that’s another story.)

Racism isn't a mental illness anymore than being an anti-vaxxer is. Being ignorant or having dangerous, unfounded beliefs isn't it and of itself indicative of mental illness.

That’s unfortunate. If addiction could be cured by strong arming people or shaming them, the problem would have been gone long ago.

I could watch an entire film trilogy in the vein of Taken where the whole plot is that man handling assholes and managing to be a complete class act while doing so. He deserves an applause. He didn't even use profanity or let the chaos get to him, he just handled that mess like a pro. 

Movies where someome tries to help by making a dead person look better but it gets beyond their control etc don’t do much for me.
