Best new food at the MN fair this year is the General Tso’s taco at the Midtown Global Kitchen in International Bazaar. Though the Mangonado snowcone gets the nod as the most surprisingly awesome new food. Mango flavor with hot sauce and chile powder. Shockingly good.
