    The music during the menus on the dvds is Iguazu by Gustavo Santaolalla, which can also be heard during the helicopter scene in Babel, and was indeed first used in The Insider in 1999. HBO simply licensed it, because of the similar moods it evokes (I guess). His work on Brokeback Mountain was amazing as well.

    The season 5 premiere was kickass, what with all the killing off beloved chracters and all. Unless you mean the whole 4 episode block, then it fell a bit flat.
