What I gathered from others who have played the mode, World of Light is a treat for long time Nintendo fans. Every battle (almost) is a reference to other game’s iconic scene, something that may be obscured most players wouldn’t get the reference without googling for a couple of minutes.

Clearly everyone else got challenged to a game with winner take review.

Sweet summer child, Halo 2 was 14 years ago. The ways of companies tracking things and figuring out where this came from, who has it, etc. are infinitely more robust now. Banhammer is activated.

I really *like* that it didn’t fit the setting. I totally sympathize with people who felt it was too ~edgy~ or try-hard, etc. but the irreverence was kind of refreshing in a weird way since the game’s dialogue is nearly the opposite.

Isn’t... that the reason why it was so easy to hack the nuke codes then, because it is an actual cipher? Seems like correct nomenclature to me.
