I am not saying that Nost is the “Good Guys” but from the other perspective, they could have been building a competing product with an audience that appreciates their work already established but for the fact that they waited because they apparently felt Blizzard had given them expectations that legacy servers…

I find it weird that people are actually feeling entitled to works that they do not own, even having the gall to issue warnings to the content owners. Blizzard owns the IP, it also owns the materials used in the private servers.
