I think they just made some more. I asked if I could have some and they said “no, it’s trapped in 1998.”

When we went last year, the park’s app was a lifesaver. You can see wait times (mirroring what’s on the displays around the park). We’d use it to check before we’d hike over to an attraction or check nearby ones for short(ish) times.

My favorite game is to appear that I am doing actual work at my desk when in reality, I spend most of my day commenting on Kinja.

For when shit really hits the pan:

Isn’t a “sale at Zappos” the same thing as 6pm.com?

My three-year-old son had been wearing his Paw Patrol T-shirt for a few weeks before I noticed something

Beth is a woman. Most women’s clothing has a significant dearth of useful pockets.

I suggest, much like we figured out tabs vs. spaces, is see who makes the most money between gif vs jif users. Because as we all know, money solves all arguments. Also, it’s gif because if you have to write jif just to show an alternate pronunciation, then I’ll pronounce it the ways it’s spelled....gif.

“Your kid’s Legos”

I want to do this, but I want an E-Ink display to do it. There are some commercial ones (That even do color), but they are too pricey. If/when I do this, I want it on all the time, not just by motion and E-Ink will do this with very little power requirements. I’m thinking I should do a POC with a smaler E-Ink display

Check out Andrew Rea’s Youtube channel, Binging with Babish. He recreates dishes from TV/movies as the show describes, then proceeds to make the dish even better. His latest video was Twin Peaks coffee and pancakes. Worth a watch.

My wife uses OvuView on Android. She loves it! Free app with a $5, I think, full unlock.
