Then why not move them?

For anyone who has issue with the silent film scene and that it was not really helpful in any way, I wonder if it would have been as terrifying if Aubrey plaza or any other actor for that matter could have made those lines as scary as they were imagined by us reading it and interpreting how it would sound? Maybe they

So my only question is how Cary was able to move the device. Did I miss something?

"so, leave it on then?"

I think the statute of limitations for using movie ideas is 30 years. They just made it. Ill allow it.

I read a nyt online review of this episode that actually complained that the silent movie scene and combined montages were basically completely unnecessary. As in why not just tell it straightforward? How do people like this get to review stuff? I bet when he was a kid he would throw out his silly straw and ask for a

On second listen it was more like Patrick Stewart trying to do Sean Connery. But poorly.

Notice when he gave his father a voice it sounded a lot like someone doing Patrick Stewart?

Maybe because she once switched with David?

Actually it seemed much more like the man from uncle

Am I wrong in thinking it's obvious that the demon is responsible for clockworks. The reviewer last week and this week don't seem to think so. But I figured that was the whole point of this episode. Doesn't Lenny say "I brought you here" or something like that. Anyway, it seems that Oliver is trying to come up with

Right. That's what I'm saying. The parasite has trapped him there. Along with everyone else. That's why Lenny is in charge

It's a p party

It's interesting that the same thing that makes the demon look so campy, the exaggerated features, the weird grin, the suit, is exactly the same thing that makes it so terrifying. It's just so other.

See that's what I thought too. They said earlier that it makes them forget. Otherwise why would they all be there? I doubt its David's happy place. And at that point he didn't have control. Plus Syd would have just asked him if it was David. They are trapped. And it seems like only Syd is vaguely aware.

Pterrible.

I think it's good to leave a little room as long as other shows are graded with equal expectations.

You really have to appreciate the acting in that scene. To have to sing, play and act it just right in front of a camera crew just seems amazing to me. True talent.

Well Syd using his powers could make sense assuming the power is in the physical makeup of his actual body. But it doesn't explain the switch in the courtyard. I assume that all takes place in his mind. I just wanted confirmation.

I got that. But was the outdoor cafe scene just in his mind. In other words, how did David's body get out of clockworks and into the scene where he is at the cafe and looking for Syd?
