The more I watch this episode, and I watch it almost every time its rerun because I can't stop watching it, I think av club was actually off the mark this time. The shock of it got me at first but after seeing it a few more times I have to say this is the best episode of any show since the best of the best breaking

Well, it does make sense. It's about how people deal with grief and fear and the mystery is the background. It's like a symphony. You enjoy all the individual notes and it all comes together when its done. Try to see it that way and stop trying to figure it out.

It is kind of sad. I thought the episode was amazing and beautiful. the story is about a rapture like event. It doesn't exactly start in complete reality so this step is completely acceptable to me. And I can understand not agreeing but to be hateful is just weird. Just don't watch it if it's over your head. I'm sure

No way his father would have let that happen.

I also want to add that if ridiculously contrived cliffhangers make viewers go away, how do these clearly contrived shows (basically anything by shonda rimes) get so much audience? Is it really the worst thing to make people think? If people want to teeter back off the fence and leave the leftovers for such overrated

Well there are poisons or medicine that if dosed correctly would cause paralysis for a short time. Succynilcholine maybe? It could be a ruse to make Kevin think he died. Not sure why Virgil shot himself but maybe it was some final penance and also to make the outcome more convincing. Either way I am pretty sure

Matt isn't lying. That's the point. It's not ambiguous. He saw her wake up and he was with her consentually. It was obviously something divine in intention based on the religious nature of the show. Her name is Mary for Christ's sake(pun intended). The show would never advocate raping a vegetative woman or even Matt

I've given your post some deep thought and my advice is that you should try some decaf and then shut up.

His character certainly believes it. If he's lying then he's lying to himself.

The moderator who allowed crows new hair's comment has been sacked.

Somehow you are channelling Irvine Welsh. Hardest paragraph I've read since reading trainspotting.

Well the trailer is amazing. Hopefully the show is too.

The garden of Eden references are obvious right? The snake, the "fruit" of the tree, the name is jarden? The daughters name is evie? Or am I way off?

I feel like its representative of the changes that have taken place since the departure. The first season was all about the grief. This season is a step past that grief where now everyone is trying to incorporate it back into a more normal life. Hence the more upbeat song but the visual reminder.

If you really feel that way I'm not sure why you would even watch either season.

I agree. Whimsical is a good word for it. It kind of says, why not, what difference does it all make? Doesn't the existence of the people left over seem pointless in a way. A fight for nothing? I think it was perfect. It's artistic. But I guess art divides people all the time. Just glad I'm on this side of the

I doubt that was the point at all.

I agree. That opening song and credit run is fantastic. It's completely unexpected and perfect at the same time. I almost laughed out loud at how much it stunned me. Didn't realize people were complaining about it. They need a little imagination in their lives.

Its soooo sad. I feel like ive been namdi'd. Btw someone needs to figure out how to do a lacroix hairflip emoji.

Fine then. Its a visual memory. If its in my visual field I generally can comprehend most of n it. Call it what you want. I dont have an eidetic memory. I dont remember the weather and what I was wearing when this regrettable disqus conversation began
