This is the golden age of affordable sports car with the camaros(zl1) and mustangs(gt350) hanging with some of the best germans have to offer. Also good to see that Porsche is going back to its driver focus philosophy offering manual in their GT cars. I can only wish BMW can do the same. Hopefully newer technologies…

After reading the story I was happy that he got out of this alive. Then I realize why I thought that way and the sad state of the society we are living in. I got sad again.

Cool car for sure...but for the money Id get something a little lighter with a manual transmission. There are several options out there I would take over this car if I want a fun sport sedan for about the same money with less daunting maintenance bill.

Except in a couple years when the new GT3rs comes out, it will no longer be the fastest. Hell the new 991.2 GT3 is probably faster then the 991.1 GT3RS already. As technology advances, the cars will get faster and faster. Then what?

That rear end is looking good. I was initially pretty disappointed when the first spy shots came out but the curves seem to be shaping up nicely as the prototype progresses.
