This headline seems pretty clickbaity, since there’s nothing here that says this problem is exclusive to Apple CarPlay rather than touchscreens in general. Why pick on Apple specifically, rather than use this as another rallying cry to bring dedicated, physical controls back to cars’ center consoles?

Tesla is getting shut down by the Sheriff in the domestic PRC

“Obama did it” should be enough to keep Trump from considering it.

Coal rolling makes worse power and worse fuel economy. It's not for increasing an engines power output, it's for being a douche.

christ what a man baby

It’s kind of like the difference between me patting you on the back and me punching you in the face.

You are either ignorant, or a troll. If you’re the latter; go troll somewhere else. If you’re the former; educate yourself on what diesel owners have to do to actually create rolling coal, and while you’re at it, brush up on how “tuning” a gasoline internal combustion engine effects it’s emissions.

But tuning it for the specific intent of making it pollute more is just egregious.

Duscovery is so fucking horrible compared to its begginings.

Good. The trucks should be crushed and molded into the shape of a Prius.

Costco is a Top Tier Fuel supplier (branded additive group). It’s one of my go to’s for my fuel sensitive subie. I don’t think they make crap gas. https://toptiergas.com/licensed-brands/

new investing, maybe, but at this point if you are reacting then you might be too late. your investments lost a bunch today and the Gold thing might spike, but it also retreats pretty fast. you kind of need to be watching and predicting which bet you want to go with.

uh, yeah, I’m not so sure about that. Gold is considered a safe “alternative investment” when stocks go south, but it also tracks with the price of oil.

Look, nobody wants to live in Syracuse.

Yeah, it IS that simple... and then someone makes the case for subsidizing it because we just CAN’T let XYZ fail.

“We’re not enamored with the amendment,” said Tim Jackson, president of the Colorado Automobile Dealers Association. “You can’t put lipstick on a pig. It’s still a pig.”

The notion that dealers can fight direct sales is the very essence of the problem. They SHOULD fight sales with providing a better experience, instead they want to fight direct sales like they are mobsters. That’s not fighting, that’s taking your ball and going home.

I don’t get the simultaneous pro-dealer and anti-dealer sentiments on this site. Clearly, Jalopnik is pro-dealer when it involves Tesla, but anti-dealer in all other regards.

Because there’s no hard evidence of these shady tactics being used to compile a list, apart from testimonials from the buyers. And I don’t think Jalopnik would want a libel suit on their hands.

I bet you are.

I bet you are.
