I don't play WOW so the whole discussion of the UI is over my head. Can you explain what the different parts are and why they're placed awkwardly/counter intuitively/etc?

I loved that game for NES. I don't even remember why or how I got it. Great fun - I wish there were more games like this.

Honestly, the inventory management system is the main reason I've only played the first Mass Effect. I found it so frustrating towards the end that I'm not even sure if I finished the game or not. If someone tells me it got better then I'll reconsider the series.
