Not even all meat, just beef and then cut back on the other stuff. https://www.theatlantic.com/health/archive/2017/08/if-everyone-ate-beans-instead-of-beef/535536/
Nah he’s consistently been the loudest Republican condemning the GOPs racist/conspiratorial horseshit and if he primaries in Iowa on the tarriffs and wins over GOP farmers that doubles the chances trump can lose in 2020.
“Technically there are two types of glutamate, free and unbound.”
YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH
Flake is also dismissing GOP attempts to undermine the counts. For those that don’t know- AZ has some of the strictest voter ID laws in the country and 75% of voters do mail-in early ballots that you can drop off the day of. Those earlies are signed, and the signatures have to be manually matched/verified.
Donnelly voted to protect the ACA. Braun promises to repeal it with the majority leader who promised another vote to repeal obamacare in 2019. They now have the votes in the senate to do that and trump could propel GOP wins in the house in 2020 to retake both chambers and the white house. Yeah I’d say that’s a loss.
While we’re on the topic of gerrymandering, can we go ahead and equally vilify O’Malley’s powergrab in Maryland? It's not a whataboutism, no party should be able to unilaterally draw districts to give them more power.
Apparently that photo was a setup by the HW Bush campaign. https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2018/11/was-gary-hart-set-up/570802/
Arizona does that, giant secretary of state packets explaining every candidate and proposition/referendum along with endorsements/condemnations anyone can send in. Every state should do it, very informative.
“No I couldn’t finish it.”
Fair enough. It’s just frustrating. I say mandate voting in elections. If they refuse to vote just make them still turn in an empty ballot. All resulting fines go to funding the independent commission’s that draw district maps and provide guaranteed registration to all eligible voters.
Nothing works on them. They whine about the system without ever making an honest attempt to change it through voting then let it atrophy and blame the system more. No attempt at rationalizing, just quitting because steady long term progress is too daunting and they'd rather have an "inspirational" candidate that…
A talented, fan favorite Hab? So how long until he's traded and leads another team to a stanley cup final?
“you have to lure them into voting. You have to find issues they specifically care about, and push those issues.”
Hey Tom, can you update the post? Apparently this backup punter got into an altercation after bullying his teammates then lied to say it was about Durkin. Doesn't excuse the conduct but it should be clarified. https://247sports.com/Article/Player-comes-forward-with-details-on-Maryland-practice-fight-124095259/Amp/?__tw…
Really gotta say uncensored Mr. Mackey is some of the most hilarious voice acting south park has ever done. You can get it on the website but case in point:
Stewart bullying/belittling wyatt cenac reveals a lot about his general douchiness so we can skip him. There’s enough self-absorbed loudmouths ranting about the news, its just more disillusioned cynicism.
What’s going to be the consensus on Loh? His reversal on the board of regents recommendation is the closest thing to common sense that’s been seen from that university but only came after the backlash. Was he too hesitant/self-interested? Not trying to defend or condemn him, I just don’t see his role making any sense…
Everyone’s already forgotten about the time a militia unit murdered a father and daughter looking for drugs to steal.
