w202 drift fam confirmed

I had a neighbor leave the URL to that exact video on our door. Kid you not. We have reached peak passive aggression.

Ok, let anyone say what they want but I didn’t know I liked the R35 GTR until I drove one.

Driving highway 71 north back to Austin from Houston late on a Sunday night, I’m the only car on the dark 2-lane road in the middle of nowhere. I’m rushing to get back since I had classes in the morning, so I’m pushing my old ‘95 C280's inline-six and having some fun enjoying an open highway in a safe setting.

I know for a fact, per a reputable source within Honda, that they have already built and are currently testing a “purist” NSX. Basically, they just dropped the electric systems, saving about 1000 lbs, and stuck in a manual gearbox. My source made it clear that the NSX team much prefers this version over the current

The blood test requires a magistrate sign a warrant... in the middle of the night. Really, the only time that’s likely to happen is on no-refusal weekends, like this past Memorial Day, where they have judges staying up all night in shifts to do so as a matter of public policy.

Our shop just sold a white 60 series that has been with us since new, and I miss it very much. 100% stock. Uncle’s first car in the U.S. The only reprieve is that the buyer had the extra money to give it new life as an off-road weekend warrior.

Opened for them when Emo’s was still on Red River. Nice guys making good music.

‘01 IS 300 here. The 2JZ sounds great, and but there is no doubt that for all the nice noises it makes, the car is relatively slow. Definitely would not run it against my buddy’s E36 seriously believing it could win. The chronograph cluster almost makes up for it tho!

Love those roads. I hope you made it out to Jester King!

They have to crush the wheels, tires, batteries, hoses, etc so that they can’t be sold on the after market later. If it’s been imported illegally, then any of those parts on it are not allowed to be here due to deviations from U.S. safety compliance, and therefore could be dangerous to consumer if they made their way

Yeah no. Convinced my friend to get a hardtop e46 with a manual for his first nice car, and he comes back with a convertible e46 with an SMG. It’s been a nightmare ever since.

With R35 push, then pull handles

More likely stolen. People can pop em out easily and sell them.

Used to have a euro-spec MB 240D that had this exact ext/int combo

An original owner of a beautiful, but neglected 356b offered to trade for our fully functioning Ghia. Glad we kept the VW.

Ugh. Tell me about it. I tried waking up with the wifey at 4am for her hospital rotations as well, and it just made an awfully long work day even longer.

Now playing

My buddy had an E55 back in the day, thing was MENTAL with a few mods.

Our ‘01 IS300 has it everywhere - door panels, seat inserts, etc. IF YOU SPILL, IT WILL STAIN. FOREVER. AND EVER. AND EVER.

I’m sure I still have the Hotwheels version somewhere
