Yeah, he kind of missed that whole quantity of shares thingy that might possibly be a small factor in the value of a company. But hey, that’s not really important to the narrative, right? God forbid he looks at P.E. ratios cause they’re obviously meaningless too.

I quit reading the instant you compared the share price of one company to another, as if that has any bearing whatsoever on the value of a company or its future.

So what you’re saying is that GM needs to make more simple but outlandish promises.

It’s not so much about decreasing the cat’s size, it’s more about getting it up to temperature quicker.

Correction:

True, we should look at the size.

I’m sure that regardless of his income stream some social media “influencer” jackass like this has pretty much no tangible savings, but I’d still like to see every single passenger on that flight sue his ass for every cost their delay incurred, from any missed business opportunities all the way down to any any extra

The C6 Z06 was on Cup 2s, had a much more hardcore suspension setup and carbon-ceramic brakes... it was also 3,100 lbs. That thing held lap records on a few tracks for a few years. I think a base Vette getting close is impressive.

You seem cool...probably a good conversationalist.” - nobody

Haters gonna hate. This is a supremely nice big SUV. If it’s gotta be all screens inside then they crushed it with this one. Haters. Gonna. Hate.

The exterior looks like I expected it to look. Handsome but also nothing special. But that interior is pretty nice. GM has been doing better to differentiate between the Tahoeburban/Yukon/Escalade triplets.

I wish I hated this more. I actually quite like that white one without the chrome.

I think the Aztek kind of looks like a modern car now.

Adding some ‘Murica to the list. The AMX III and the Vector W8. One that almost made production and one that did.

What output shaft? It’s electric. And the only electric vehicle with gearing is the new Porsche Taycan (which only has 2 gears). Everything else has only 1.

I don’t need to. I’ve done enough work with costing, HR, and bench marking (particularly in the Engineering organization) to tell you that you are 100% wrong. You might have been right 10 years ago, but you are incorrect today.

Board member A: We are trying to appease the environmentally savvy shopper, but it is not working. We built an electric car, a very efficient hybrid and made hybrids out of our other cars, and people didn’t buy them.

This is just the foundation- we don’t have the ability to make a mass consumer EV yet, and those guys in Corvette polos know how to make a reach-car profitable.

Posted this elsewhere, but last night I was sitting in on a conference call with my managers and the higher-ups at GM and I had heard that ‘conservative’ estimates were at 400 miles, but no official word yet

The LS engines are the antithesis to DOHC. There is simply no compelling argument in favor of DOHC over an LS engine.
