Excellent episode. Great to see some more of Plemmons and that ending was just such a gut punch.
I'm hoping to see some development with Walter Jr. now. I think Mite's a great actor and have been hoping to see some more meaty stuff with him. Seems like that might finally happen now he's (FINALLY!) starting to ask

Oh, and as you asked, I really liked the joke with the curtains and Bender asking to enroll in College as the show does that sort of scene cut a lot so it was good to be able to laugh at itself.

I gotta disagree with the general feeling of your review. While I agree the first 7 minutes was fantastically manic and enjoyably so, I went into the first act break thinking that would only be worth it if it slowed down and focused properly on the main story set up about free will.
