Technically true, in that a future governor could reverse the decision, but likewise, if he tries to pursue it, this governor could put him back on death row.

That latter portion purporting to block him from applying for a pardon or commutation in the future is clearly Unconstitutional. You can't block him from petitioning his government for a redress of grievance.

I agree with you firmly, Mr. Ware. There's nothing rejoiceful about Julius Jones’s salvation from execution. He’s still in a cage even if it's not the death cage. Fuck Kevin Stitt.

You sure as fuck don't.

Since this is my people under discussion I’ve been thinking about this.

Yes, I need my gun for “self defense” when I purposely show up where my enemies are at with my gun. This is literally the exact opposite of any type of “stand your ground” or “castle doctrine” type laws where the entire premise is that you, the victim, were just minding your own business and not looking for trouble.

Noooo NOOOOO NOOOOOO!!

“We need our guns for self defense” — many White people

Noooo NOOOOO NOOOOOO!! I know you’re a baller and a poet, a writer and destined for greatness (while being off the market & married to a doctor!) but I can’t handle change right now! So stop, call it off, come back and keep The Root’s continuity! I haven’t even read your post but I’m upset now for the rest of the

This is the truest article I've read all year.

There are no lies detected here. More white fathers need to discipline their children.  Look at Matt Gaetz, his father bailed him out of scrape after scrape and all he does is allegedly hang out with people that traffick underage girls. I blame the lack of accountability in the white community.

Which is why Black people are STILL just talking the same sense as always, and white people continue to get stupider, angrier, more hateful, more ignorant, and just generally shittier.

Shoot this bitch a few times and see him really cry.

“People get married because they have [A LOT] in common...”

Why does society always think the wife is coerced into something? People get married because they have a lot in common and women can be bad all on their own.

“I want to remind you that real lives are at stake here.”
More like her husband’s money is at stake. She could care less about the damage done to his colleagues.

This is one of the nicest things I’ve ever read.

Thank you!

Was just going to add the Karen who feels like she can say racist shit because she has Black kids, like that woman who used the n-word in a coffee shop with her (FOUR) Black kids in tow.

I would like to include the “Karen” who somehow has black children in her care (adopted? grandchildren) but nonetheless spews racist shit in their presence or references them WHILE spewing racist shit.

Karenosaurus Rex.
