There was nothing wrong with the direction of the film, it was just mechanically unsound at it’s core. The dialog and delivery of the dialog was weak with the force.

I can’t believe the BBC has canceled Dirk Gently but yet Doctor Who has been going on for decades. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve enjoyed some Who here and there, but Dirk Gently was top grade stuff.
