The industry has started to gain some strides once digital downloads became a more desirable way to play games. I have a feeling this process is just not feasible for multiple reasons to Mexican immigrants looking to come to the US. It is either too costly, or takes too long. If they are trying to flee an area plagued by crime or poverty, they may not have a choice.
