I agree, though I’m biased since I have one.

For MY18-20, a round-bag steering wheel is all there was; the difference for heated was that the whole wheel was round instead of flat-bottomed.

It better have the round airbag version of the steering wheel on the S3 (and RS3). That trapezoidal PoS is a stylistic travesty and being restricted to using it on US models is single-handedly responsible for removing the S4/5 from my list of next cars to consider.

As an owner of the outgoing model, I think it’s pretty damn fun even without one.

The beef is in two parts:

Yes, there are, and yes it is an indictment against the education system. But the very fact that there even is such a concept as an amortization schedule is also an indictment against the banking system and the ridiculous scheme called a “mortgage” that they cooked up.

If they had made the bonnet useful for storage, I would share that sentiment.

No, it’s greed. You can’t justify stuff like this just because of “the market.”

but representing the full cost of the mortgage w/o taking into account that you are likely (although certainly not guaranteed) to make a leveraged profit yourself is not exactly fair.

But they don’t advertise the math or even the concept of doing the conversion so you can see the actual cost. At best it’s misleading.

That’s not how it works.

I dunno, if that’s the justification for not reviewing the car fully then it’s a pretty patronizing one.

Historically, A-Spec has been filling the void left by the missing Type S as best as it can by adding handling upgrades and some software tuning, as well as requiring the highest performing engine option. In the case of the MDX, A-Spec is still effectively both a handling and appearance package since it cannot be

Can confirm; my lease came up in April and I bought it out because nowhere else can I get a car as nice as a 2018 S3 for $24k. The only smarter play would be to flip it for the $32k I’ve been offered and then outright buy something cheap that tickles my fancy (I’ve side-eyed a used Fiat 500 Abarth a couple times).

It’s basically not sporty at all, don’t let those R-Design badges fool you into thinking otherwise (prior to MY21...MY21+ don’t even get the badges).

I thought the poor man’s Macan was just an Audi Q5? Which is what this competes against at the same price points.

Hell, I’d settle for even just the R version of the Sedan.

Once upon a time I wanted a 2019 V60 T6 AWD R-Design. Then I drove its S60 counterpart and was underwhelmed with how badly it drove compared to an A5. Then Volvo decided to de-content the crap out of their non-SUV offerings while sticking on a speed-limiter that nobody asked for and which will save zero lives as a

There is something wrong if there is zero actual sport anywhere in the line-up but you still throw out marketing lines like this on your website:

All those words, and you spend literally one sentence talking about how it drives.
