The squared-off frunk shut-line on the current 992 generation is a design element that sucks, though not as much as the runny-egg headlights do.

I think the older ones have a fussy look compared to the new ones, which trade fussy for pretentious. Pretentious is nicer to look and feel, IMHO, so it gets my vote...except the digital gauge cluster. BMW needs to bin that thing, stat.
A big step forward is relative to where it started. Before, it was bargain-basement. Now, it’s OK, but looks like they were referencing an older 3-series. It’s no longer bargain basement, but you’ll still do better in a BMW or an Audi.

They are already back with the 2-speed on the Porsche (and soon the Audi) precisely because they can’t get the range at the same gearing that gives them the insane acceleration. It’s not plasticky, but it is dated. Feels like a two-generations old 3-series.
While I appreciate superior driving dynamics, the bottom line with performance luxury is that I want it all. The interior on the Cadillac looks and feels like a BMW two generations old, and that’s just unacceptable. If all I want is the best performance per dollar, I go buy a Camaro over CT4-V. But at the price…
Jelly. I only have a big-hit bike (Intense Tracer Pro) and have been eyeing up a Supercaliber for something less...eventful...for my local trails. I’ve ridden one and I love it, I just find them about $1000 too expensive for what you get compared to the competition. But I love its looks! Torn!
I both really hate SUVs and prefer the lower, sleeker look.
I just like the snap that being able to go 0-60 in under 5 seconds brings. It’s good for a giggle on my morning commute, which has me pulling out from a 25 mph residential street onto a 4-lane 55 mph highway where most of the traffic is actually doing about 70. Just turn left and blast-off.
It gets worse. If you cycle seriously, you probably have a GPS on your bike to do normal GPS things as well as give you your power readings, cadence, etc. and it is equipped with...a touchscreen. Your shifter is also probably electrically actuated (possibly wireless) and a mode to automatically switch your active chain…

I wouldn’t say so. BMW still has it on the M and it’s not a huge leap to go from a fully tricked out M340/M440 to an M3/M4 with a stick.
Maybe if they didn’t force you to take the shit engine and shit interior with that manual, the G70 might still have that option. But we’ll never know.
Came here to say basically the same thing, saw it was already said. This interior would make a Dodge Nitro blush.
Even Audi is suffering. They are putting those hideous capacitive button steering wheels on EVERYTHING. You can’t even get the flat-bottom wheel anymore on the A4/S4 and related unless you pay $12,000 extra for the special Launch Edition RS5.
