“Hee Haw” was a staple on Armed Forces television back in the day. I grew up on bases all over the world, but the one constant was there’d be pickin’ & grinnin’ on the teevee, seemingly whenever you turned it on. It was inescapable. I guess it must have been cheap for the military to buy.

I still think police and politicians should face multipliers on their convictions, because they are in positions of power and we have no choice but to trust them. So if a crime normally carriers a 5 years sentence for a normal, powerless citizen, for a police officer or politician, it should get multiplied by 2.

This is what bothers me about this kind thing — by FRAMING someone else, you are aiding and abetting the ACTUAL criminal, which should make you legally complicit in the act, an accomplice after the fact.
