False. It looks absolutely amazing.
I have a Gen 1 LWB, has factory LSD in rear and I put aussie locker in front, the thing is a beast.
I agree, hell JK owners dont even honor the jeep wave...
You hate tucked and stanced but you love VIP......ok.
Sigh. Did I say everybody who buys a Wrangler is like that? No, I didn’t. Besides the guys at the offroad park probably didn’t buy their Wranglers new.
I get the jeep thing, that’s why I drive a Montero.

I was considering a Wrangler unlimited (4 door) at the beginning of the summer, but in the end went with an Xterra Pro-4x because for 30k there I get a locking diff, clutchless start, heated seats and a fancy sound system. Yeah, the 2.0 just seemed to be hitting its stride when each shift came, and took it right back to “meh” town. I was missing the stock possibility for certain, but Colorado- good luck finding a rwd model to test here.

I’ll also admit that I was driving a 2.0T +AWD ATS and I personally feel that engine and transmission combo are very poorly matched- it needs the manual with the four pot. i just didn’t like it as a “car” in comparison with the alternatives- especially since I was looking for a daily driver.
Every time I read “Gordon Murray” I think “Gordon Ramsay” and think the chassis is going to be adorned with a bunch of UNDERCOOKED F*CKING RISOTTO!
And yet, the three American truck makers seem unable to do so. The bodies rot out long before the frames. Unless it is a Toyota...
