Wow, I haven’t heard that Boomer joke since the ‘80s.

If you think the US Government won’t quickly swoop in and take every piece of this Chinese rocket for themselves to study, you are nuts.  You will never get to keep it.

Ford still sells a Fiesta-based car in the US though; the EcoSport. It merely has extra cladding and a higher price tag/seating position.

The Palisades has a nicer-looking interior anyway.

It seems that much like any business focused soley on the immediate profit, they’re forgetting how they used to build a customer base.

I like the Challenger and Charger, but I do have the same complaint with them. That said, Chrysler at least tried to keep the cars fresh. Nissan kept basically the same car out for 10 years, only changing the face once.

The new 400Z actually has me interested again. I actually very briefly considered the 370Z back in 2019 when I was car shopping, but for the kind of money they were asking for them it was way way wayyyy too much of a time warp. I mean, even the exterior of the 400Z is a bit dated-looking already, but the interior

Tesla’s build quality is notoriously spotty but I haven’t heard the same about Ford. They’re not stellar but they’ve got things figured out. I think in terms of things for the eye to land on, where Tesla stans are quick to blink lest they see something that detracts from their opinion of Tesla, Ford shoppers won’t

It’s still shocking to me every time I go to rent a U-Haul how you don’t have to posses a single qualification outside a driver’s license to rent a 26' box truck. Or any of them, really. Just a driver’s license and a sense of adventure. Surprised more stuff like this doesn’t happen.

There HAS to be some level of drinking or drugs involved in this, right? Just lie to me if not; I can’t accept this is the outcome of sober thinking

G80. I want to hear more about an automaker that in 30 years has gone from disposable cars to a legitimate luxury carmaker.

My vote is the LC500 first, and then the G80, only because I think they’re both criminally underrated versus their competition, and are both gorgeous machines, and I’m always up for more stunning pictures of each.

Since you said Woof for the Ghost, that’s my choice.  Second place G80

Genesis G80, I’ve been interested in it as a replacement for our GS300.

The smallest Badger ST starts at $129,000...”

Agreed. I’ll probably go. Indy is only 2 hours away and I’ve had both my shots. I’ll wear a mask in the stands and feel more safe than my average day at work in my restaurants over the last year. A lucky few have been able to actually isolate the last year, my staying alive has depended on braving rooms full of
