I live in a Mexico side of Los Angeles. 80% of population would have been banned from driving. Too many cars with open exhaust or cheapass fart cans. These people will intentionally rev high around neighbors. Fucking losers.

What is this?

I remember commuting from downtown LA to Santa Monica. It’d take less than 30 mins if I left home around 0600 but it’d take more than an hour if I left 0630.... yup.

HAHAHA

Also about the LA traffic, it used to be 7~10AM and 5~8PM. Now it’s 7AM to 8PM. It’s noticeably getting worse every year. It’s a weekday and the sun in up. You think you are going to be able to avoid the traffic? think again.

fucking brutal

I always hated the Charger’s face so much.

I kinda like these kinda cars. I’d consider buying if interior wasn’t like that.

Reminds me of a Top Gear episode where older non car enthusiastic folks came out and learned how to drive sports cars. I spotted a few non-so-drag-worthy cars beside the Genesis. I saw a Juke... don’t tell me that was a Juke GTR. That would have been awesome.

The Kia Soul is also known as a segment buster. By the time the first generation Kia Soul was a year old, you had to double the combined sales figure of other boxy cars to get even close to the Soul’s sales figure. It’s still a cash cow. The Japanese boxes ended up pulling out and made it JDM only. Toyota definitely

Agreed. It looked like a LWB Passat although it was more closely related to the Bentley.

I spend about grand total of a few hours at the dealership(Hyundai) per year maybe a little more.

Are you serious? a compact boy racer vs a midsize GT?

Auto community is one of the most toxic and know-it-all communities.

I’d rather have a Stinger than a barebone 3 series anytime.

The K900 was developed solely for KDM where comfortable sedans sell. Hyundai had the Equus and it’s been a big hit ever since the first generation in KDM. Kia thought “hey let us use the platform too” then produced the K900. It was only years later when Kia brought it to the US market. (probably just to have something

Fact 3: I do love the Nissan V6s. Hyundai’s Tau V8 is in talks to be fitted for the US market. The engine was awarded Ward’s 10 Best Engines 3 times. Hyundai’s V6TT seems to be more balanced than their V8 though per reviewers.

“pseudo enthusiasts” “keyboard racers”

Meanwhile, there are Kia Stinger and Genesis G70... new era.

At least it looks good inside and outside.
