Been using Mp3 Tag Tools for a while (and it works great) but I'm always willing to try something new.

They still beat everybody on my new Sony LCD TV I just ordered (about $100 less than anybody else + free FAST shipping and no tax). So I'm not too unhappy.

Correction - You can save as MP3 files with the LAME dll encoder. You can also import MP3 to WAV files (not sure why you'd want to do this other than to play around though- since the quality would stink).

Waveosaur [www.wavosaur.com] for audio editing. Doesn't save files as MP3's but boy, the features and tons of free VST plug-ins are worth the price (nothing!)! Lots of tutorials and a forum too. I used Audacity before I found this.
