The amplification chamber gave me Fringe flashbacks something fierce. If only Cary had offered David some home brewed LSD.

You Got Served: Legion was amazing and i want to watch 90 minutes of just that.
That quick shot where Oliver’s drink got refilled, loved it. Just a bit of creepy, out of place intrusion on their bright and sunny tan session.
“Something funny?”
Goddamn. I was going to have to rewatch it all at the end of the season anyway, but in this episode I got so distracted by the visuals in parts that I missed what was going on. The whole thing..... sets, production, costumes, art... were all stunning. Dana Gonzales deserves another Emmy for cinematography, and this…
a) GodDAMN did I miss Russo’s score. He’s been on such an absurd hot streak since Fargo, and I can’t wait to snag the inevitable two or three albums to come out of this season.
The brothers and mom already released their father’s ashes. She was the only one that wanted to keep them rather than release them.
I suspect the vandalism and such will be short-lived. She broke the car window because she didn’t like someone calling Randall her dad. But I think the acting out will ultimately show that the Pearsons aren’t going to kick her out or refuse to adopt her just because she acts bad. Probably means she’ll be rocky for a…
My theory is that it’s Deja. She’s miserable and acting out in present day, maybe she ends up like her mom? Maybe they tried to help her for years and she just kept acting out and ended up in rehab or something? Tess was seen getting close to her, and she was the one who asked “where’s Deja?” right before the…
I wondered if Randall was talking about vising Deja in jail in the flash forward. It probably doesn’t track but otherwise Deja’s vandalism is an odd inclusion in that montage.
Having Westophe back was painful because it reminded me of just how integral he was to the show’s dynamic while making me wish one of his other whiny male counterparts got the ax instead.
I was so worried at the start of this episode, because I knew from Deja’s previous statements that she’d had some issues with previous foster fathers (remember how she flinched when Randall came into her room the first night asking what the commotion was?), and this show had generally been so lovely in its treatment…
Maybe I missed something, but why didn’t Kevin just have housekeeping remove the alcohol from his room? Was he challenging himself to stare at it but not partake? I’ve done Vegas for a bachelorette and I had them clear the minibar so that no one would get drunk and drink a $5 coke. They will happily clear everything…
I definitely think Kevin must be helping Kate out with money because how could she afford that apartment in LA (that’s where they live right?). Not that it’s a big apartment, but I live in California and everything is expensive here. And what does she do for money? Is she even working right now??
I think Ron Howard’s quip about needing a tux was more about an upcoming movie premiere than something that’s Oscar worthy. (Kudos to the production department for going to all the trouble to make up a promotional hat for the fictional movie that the fictional Kevin is now starring in..)
I just saw Magic Mike Live and it’s the best show ever! I hate Randall for busting in and ruining Anton’s Closer dance, because it is a show highlight. And Randall ruining Beth’s high from that is not cool, not even a little. I blame Beth for nothing that she said during that moment. It all was totally justified.
Toby’s whispered “ I hate you so much” to Madison made me finally like Toby
Some “ally” on Twitter asked a “serious question: can an old white lady (and her equally old white husband) see #BlackPanther without looking like we’re in the effing wrong theater.” I told her do what I do when I used to go see foreign movies in art house theaters - shit down, shut the fuck up and watch the movie.
You know what? Fuck ‘em. They will not ruin this movie for me. None of their faux outrage, or racist memes, or cries of “why you so racist”, or rivers of white tears, or failure to realize that movies with a 90%+ white cast is the norm will impact my feelings on this movie. I let them ruin 8 years of our first non…
The American impotent walrus community takes offence at your comparison of their proud members to the semi-sentient blob of human fat cells known as Rush Limbaugh. We look forward to your written apology.
