if the flip top is as wide as the bed, then how does it flip through the bed opening? unless the side extender bars are as long as half of the length of the top allowing it to fully clear the opening.

and i can’t sit comfortably in a seat UNLESS i recline it. it’s a good thing i purchased a seat that reclines. perhaps you should be considerate of the person in front and buy yourself a seat that provides enough leg room should the person in front choose to use what they paid for...
