I’m not sure the directing was the problem with Soldado. I think the script was pretty weak, and I generally like Taylor Sheridan.

I disagree. I think he comes off as someone deserving at least a little empathy. It was a different time in the ‘40s and ‘50s, and he didn’t “sign up” to be the guy who always had to walk 4 paces behind his wife and have the media following everything that he did.

To say nothing of the fact that professional cooks get the temps wrong a fair share of time. Even at the best steak houses my medium rare is often full-on medium. I hope you understand the inherent bias in that statistic. Which is not to say that football doesn’t cause CTE, but that particular one is fairly disingenuous, and it’s certainly not in BU’s best interest to correct it if they want to keep the NFL lucre (payoffs) coming their way.
