Not everyone has HDTVs yet, though that point in time is approaching. Hell, I wish my damn monitor supported HDMI instead of just VGA and DVI ports :(

@ThisLife17: I hated it because it felt like you never had enough magic, so you would keep drawing from enemies constantly and it would kind of kill the experience of it. They should rerelease it with materia haha

@bass28: PS3's controller is actually better than Xbox's for playing 2D fighters. I wouldn't worry about the controls that much because of this.

@phatdog44: The problem is that the 'sheep' these companies created will still be willing to put down any money they're asked for in order to satisfy their wants. Video games have reached the point where companies can do just that (see MW2 and their default $60 for any platform). Now they may just follow Ubisofts…

My roommates always made fun of me when I was playing games on the couch, shirtless. I converted one of them to my side though.
