"And what is your position on this Miss Buckley?" Oh man I miss that show!

Loved that show! I have tried explaining it to others before and they think I made it up. Great super hero parody of the Justice League with Bat Bat, his side kick the Mite, vs. his arch nemesis The Cow! Ha Ha Ha! MOOO!
Pirates of the Caribbean will be like a 4th Matrix movie. Nobody I know liked the 2nd and 3rd ones, of either franchise.
I made that mistake once. I had to ride out the pain for the next hour, but I believe it somehow made me stronger. At least that's what I tell myself.
The only one winning here are the pimps. Their girls are getting free protection.
I think the one on the left has a bad motivator and needs to be taught a lesson. Or maybe the two were bickering and need to kiss and make up.
It appears you were missing the obligatory Frank Booth picture.
I think they meant "Quadrophenia"! ;-)
I've said it before - Dune the animated series - 13 episodes per book + Peter Chung for character design (Aeon Flux) = WINNING.
I heard it in Buffy and in The Middleman. It pops up when a lazy writer wants to show a main character is "hip" to the nerd culture. The first time was like "hey I get that - that's cool" but the 4th time was more like " ugh not again".
Since nerd culture has gone mainstream, I'm not surprised about the in-joke backlash. If they are done with subtlety, they work. However we have reached a point where the same ones are being used over and over. Case in point - "You like the Flash? Barry Allen or Wally West?" If I hear this one more time, I'm…
Horaay! Another pro-banana hater like myself.
Oh, I never joke about the devil's fruit. ;-)
Thank you for pointing out the banana is a pentagram. I always believed the banana was the fruit that got Adam and Eve tossed out of the garden of Eden, but I could never make the connection to the devil. Now I can.
Shouldn't there be a Mote in there some-wheres?
I've seen this done before, but with soft pellet guns. [www.poseidon.co.jp]
I've been waiting for the Sword and Sorcerer sequel for 25 years. Finish it already.
Thank you for putting it in the proper perspective.
A prequel to Bladerunner? The expectations would be so impossibly high it would have to fail. It would be like trying to do a prequel to Star Wars.
