To those who haven’t watched DP - keep in mind that the movie comes in two versions - the shorter Grindhouse version (which comes bundled with Planet Terror), and the standalone film - a longer cut. Both are GREAT IMO

Yeah, I think sometimes people forget how sucky it is to drive a bad manual. They’re great on sports cars, but it’s just a hassle in a Ford Explorer or Nissan Versa. Just more work with little if any reward.

Question, in this situation . . . who pays? Insurance? The Shop? Sue the mechanic? Its Russia, so hire a hit squad to take out the mechanic and their entire family line?

Eh, there’s plenty of folks on the #vanlife hashtag who just have sweet vans and aren’t trying to monetize a kinda-faked lifestyle. It sounds like there’s a day job to support it all, which is kinda normal, TBH.
