@Stratovarius: Sorry, this isn't The Consumerist; this is Kotaku. Aside from the ::thumbs up:: logic of Duoae and I_fit_in, do some quick math. Take price of lowest country, convert currency, add 5% (typical standard for currency conversion to "protect" against fluctuations), add another +10% for localization, and

Love the shot at AO... (played with the wife on occasion- hated it). It really is amazing. I was only in beta for two months, but beta client and release client are two very different beasts indeed.

Nintendo was in the wrong here, no doubt about it. ...but if you are going to try and screw the system, EU is the wrong place to do it. Earlier this year they were allowed to fine M$ an extra $1.3 billion simply because of "clear disregard of legal obligations," never mind the fact they had already paid off the fine

I received one of their games from Gamefly a few months back. Best part about the game was the slo-mo rag doll effects the animals went into when shot. Girlfriend actually asked me to pop the game in to see it after I had returned it.

4th late comment on Steel Battalion! Didn't see it, passed the rest of the story up. Then thought about my own SB experience. Pre-ordered, picked up morning of release, played for two weeks, haven't touched since... box in mint condition at parents house for storage.

Wow, this is really old. I remember wasting time with this little things years ago.

For those rare moments where you take your stein to the bar with you?

oops! Enter too early :D

That "high" of a res is really a misconception with 3840x1200. Double-wide 16:10 doesn't take much more processing power to pull off, more so just the monitor to display it (if not just pairing two 1920x1200s).
