Five stars indeed. Review was one of the best comedies in recent years; such a shame its home on Comedy Central was not visible enough to a wide audience. I'm amazed at how the premise never got tiresome, as they kept finding new ways to reach comedic payoffs and connect the threads from prior episodes. Major props

Best thing I ever learned from a professional photographer (whose work seemed impressive to me, though I have very little background) is something so simple: Regardless of your skill level, if you have a decent camera and are snapping shots of people at any kind of gathering or event, for god's sake stop asking

Thank you! In other words: Yet another study that's basically useless.

Basically, a good photo follows the rule of thirds, has a neutral background, showcases your smile, and wasn’t taken in a dim basement.

I choose Gilfoyle, since he's the closest thing to Milana Vayntrub.

I am brand new to Modern Family - somehow I never watched it for 8 years, but recently started binging reruns (late S4 & S5 in order, plus bits of S1) and taping the new eps as of last night. Very interesting to read the comments here. I enjoyed a great deal of S5, more than most folks apparently; but this new S8 ep

Did it get better since the first season? What I saw of it seemed weak, except for the addition of Hunter King, because SWEET LORD.

That picture almost looks photoshopped — Hathaway doesn't just have Julia-Roberts-giant-mouth syndrome; she has a head that's not big enough for her face.

She really stood out to me in Gone Girl, I'm glad she is getting roles. Also I love Jim Gaffigan, and look forward to seeing him here in a drama.

If TV has taught me anything, these internet privacy issues are clearly leading to a war with Denmark.

Remove furries from that list, and you've finally got an A7X quote I can stand behind.

I always loved Cezanne, the beautiful and hugely influential landscapes especially (seeing Lac d'Annecy at the Courtauld was a favorite museum experience for me, and of course nobody should ever miss the Musée d'Orsay if they get an opportunity)… but I cannot imagine being excited to see this film.

Ah yes… I think immediately of Buffy (of course), where the most egregious example is probably Xander's "Got The Love" hallway scene (in Bewitched Bothered & Bewildered). I know Nick Brendon was 27, so real teens would look too young in comparison, but… Yikes.

With some of them, I don't know if they actually like *eating* food as much as they like photographing it.

It's similar to the 1970s/80s high school yearbook phenomenon, where some of the senior guys somehow look 30.

Two Boys, A Girl, Some Politicians And A Pizza Place

As a… not too much older than that, I certainly did also.

I was hoping for Jamie Harrold in The Score:

Anyone see that movie? It has De Niro, Brando, Angela Bassett (though she's wasted in a tiny role), Edward Norton, a really cool heist, AND an 8-series BMW.

Fuck failure, marry porn, kill Malick. That was an easy one.
