Contact Mr. Greg Abbott's office (Texas Attorney General - AT&T is headquartered in Dallas). His staff was invaluable when I had nowhere else to turn regarding a Dell situation. Companies generally pay a lot attention when they get mail from the office of the attorney general.

@Malkyre: Absolutely agree. Manners are apparently a thing of the past. I'll say it's ok to check the vitals of an incoming communique', and then relay that info to the other party (for possible entertainment/conversational purposes), but any sort of time spent replying (aside from an emergency) is completely rude.
