Well, a non-widely released film would get a greater chance of wider release if they did review it, and there are many films like that that they skip. This genre seems to have a built-in moderate release system.

I agree, except that as far as I know, they do not seek out every little horrid sequel to review; there are things that they do leave alone on the grounds, probably, that the product did not need a warning label.

Um. Thanks for making me rethink how I spend my leisure time.

I still love that film. Saw it recently.

Hello, PBR.

If I mock PBR on camera, that is ok, but if I show it incidentally and do not mock it, that is not ok? Free product placement is not ok?

"Oh, man. No nudity"?

I honestly do not know the implication of that. Fundamentalist/anti-Fundamentalist stooges signed up to promote one side or the other?

Like they say, I have never been shot in the head, but I know that I do not want to be. Otherwise, valid point.

Show her an image of her coccyx bone (her vestigial tail).

Jesus did that.

I was taught by a Jesuit priest in school who was also the number one Paleolithic scholar in Spain. So, there is room for two sides, but also the moral of the story is that Jesuit priest is often just your day job.

You are the greatest hero in American history.

Also, no argument with choosing Die Hard, though The Road Warrior is my personal choice, followed by The Seven Samurai, then Die Hard.

Does anyone who watches these films ever read these reviews? Is the Venn diagram two circles next to each other?

I think that They Live and Midnight Run (both excellent) would never have gotten serious consideration for the #1 spot, as any chance to file something under another genre is usually seized upon here as a way to make an often impossible and thankless task a little easier. Man, Charles Grodin was great in that.

Yeah, he was bumpy, but I think that he would have gotten better. Diana Rigg, skating up in that outfit… ooh.

I love his two films. I love Lazenby's one outing, too.

Thanks! I have seen similar in Jordan. The students mostly dress up swank, jump out of their cars when at a stop light, dance around the car, then jump back in just before it turns green, then drive away.

Lethal Weapon also had a parody (Loaded Weapon) and affected the most unrelated films later, so I have to award it Most Influential.
