O'Brien was one state away from winning the presidency. Instead, thanks to Montez refusing to declare herself simply Acting President, and the House Speaker refusing to call a revote, he ends up an also-ran (and, if he gave up his senate seat to run, a nobody). So yes, he got screwed.

TJ Miller has a bit of specialty in playing Falstaffian characters (c.f. Successful Alcoholics). His relationship with Richard has lots of overtones of Prince Hal.

That's easy! Moe is the guy played in that movie by the guy who plays Russ.

Alternatively, he could follow in Root's footsteps by converting from cold-blooded killer to force for good.
