I'm torn. Ray Romano is crushing it and has a weirdly inexplicable pull towards him and his character. But Mark is so cute (minus the weird facial hair) and sweet and I've had a crush on Jason Ritter forever, years before this show.
On another note, it made me frustrated that Sarah said "we keep coming up with fake

yes, exactly! Julia and Joel have not reached outside themselves for help or advice. No adoptive parent support groups, no counseling for them, Victor or Sydney (who may need it the most), no visits with the social workers…nothing.

Remember, Amy's only 17 too! Adult decisions are scary and emotional when you're just on the cusp of adulthood.

Wow, I must have been a major rule-follower because I always accepted the fate given to me by the book. I feel like these books were weirdly disturbing for little kids—I remember dying from falling off a carnival ride and being electrocuted in the bathtub…fun times :-/

I see where you're going, and in real life that would be a sick, twisted and unhealthy way to propose to someone. I was surprised Robin called him out so harshly because I thought the show would gloss over it.
But I will say this…Barney has declared his love for Robin. More than once. She doesn't love being pursued

yeah we've literally known since the pilot that she is Aunt Robin, so the back-and-forth really gets to me sometimes.

I felt the same way! I was all set to be offended by the idea that PMS would make you cry during a job interview, but dang if I didn't laugh out loud through that whole exchange.

I cannot get over Schmidt and Cece's chemistry….it's incredible. I feel like it absolutely radiates off the screen. Does anyone else feel that way?

I never watched it, so I wasn't prepared for how good he could be!

I was sure there wouldn't/shouldn't be, I mean after all, this is Raymond Barone and Lorelei Gilmore. But dang it, there was! The characters and actors had a tension between them—they were evenly matched. Romano was prickly and as much as I'm crushing on Mark, he may be too much of a saint for Sarah. I found myself

I also want to add that I had the women's gymnastics team final results ruined for me by a local NBC radio commercial. I had gone on a dedicated tv/news/internet blackout to avoid spoilers, but I forgot about radio commercials. I'm driving along on my way to a viewing party for the finals and all of a sudden I hear

I think it's just the backround music playing on the loudspeakers in the arena. I notice it a lot when I'm watching gymnastics! It's awkward though :)
