"nnn yeah hold the sword"

I mean, I'm not part of the "Busty Asian Beauties Gong Sound Effect" fan club or anything, but I found it mildly amusing in like, a Looney Tunes way. Kind of like the silly sound effects in Xena :P

he acted the shit out of that scene

so damn excited to see where this whole Marked!Dean thing goes.

As the wise Bobby Singer once said, "Family don't end with blood."

"-Why would you ever show the Mark of Cain to a supernatural rarity collector? The moment this happened I rolled my eyes. Sometimes it shocks me the Winchesters have managed tosurvive continue existing."

I have no problem with the phlebotinum being a magic gun, a magic amulet, a dog, or any random noun. The AVC reviewer had a problem with magic rings in Supernatural— apparently people have opinions on magic items. Personally, I find the idea of a gun created by famous demon hunter Samuel Colt, a gun which has only a

Yeah… Jared's not invited. They give Sam every good storyline and he still manages to be less gripping than Dean.

Hm, a secret villainous agency called H.I.V.E.? Let me Bing that.

it is on netflix. I think CW's partnership with Netflix is doing wonders for its shows' ratings.

Should I catch VD on Netflix?

AV Club's own Phil Dyess-Nugent once said of Jensen Ackles: "Ackles, at his hardest-working, can seem like the natural heir to both Cary Grant and Steve McQueen, and, when he's not working especially hard, can manage to seem like the real Fonzie."
I don't completely understand what that quote means, but I agree with it

I feel like I can't complain until the season is done, in case these issues are resolved, but I definitely agree about Summer Glau. Did she get deported to Russia or something?

Paul Blackthorne is super attractive. And Mark Sheppard looks exactly like how I imagine Inspector Javert in my head, which is actually a big compliment.

If Jensen Ackles and Misha Collins could combine Transformers-style into one actor, he/it would definitely be the best actor on TV of all time.

I GUESS WE JUST HAVE FUNDAMENTALLY DIFFERENT TASTES, HESITATIONSTATION >:(

Dean didn't really have much to do. His whole part in stopping the apocalypse was so minimal, it seemed anticlimactic. I feel like because Dean is the naturally more interesting character, they give Sam all the fun stuff (demon blood! powers! "that weird psychic stuff"! Luciferbrain!) to try to make him as interesting

I am in the middle of season 7, so no spoilers past that, but I was blasphemously underwhelmed by the Season 5 finale— like, it was good, but if that were the series finale I'd have been quite dissatisfied.

I am morally obligated to downvote you (sorry). You need to get in touch with your inner demon hunter.

which 5? I've recently come to embrace my inner CW-loving-lowbrow-preteen, and Reign looks like it has pretty dresses.
