Both Rhodes and Sandow have weirdly outsized followings among hardcores (I've never seen much in either guy, but different strokes for different folks, I guess), so those signings make much more sense for where TNA is at than, for example, signing Hogan to not wrestle and thinking they can go head-to-head with Raw on

The Roman thing has felt desperate for quite some time now.

Last I heard, Rosa isn't expected to return as a wrestler, and possibly not at all.

Roman is way better than Cena was in the ring when people turned on him. You have to remember that Cena was a terrible worker until just a couple years ago. I watched the Punk match again recently, and it's stunning how bad Cena was even then – he nearly killed Punk on a couple of occasions in that match during simple

His work is much better when Vince isn't producing the show. As is everyone's.

Swagger is the most freakish legit athlete they've had come through the system since Lesnar, and the fact that they blew it with him is a damning indictment of the way they try to create new stars.

I tend to think that they're going to do Joe/Nakamura II and then get the NXT title onto Roode ASAP, because they could really use both Joe and Nakamura on the main roster – I think Joe will end up on Raw and Nakamura will be on Smackdown, where he'll be a top guy on day one, as he should be.

Working with big guys is one of A.J.'s specialties, so I tend to think a match with Kane would actually end up being pretty darn good. In fact, A.J. is so good at working with big dudes that I fear we might get a Bret Hart/Tom Magee situation with him and Baron Corbin someday soon.

Joe and Nakamura were clearly holding back in Brooklyn, and having the rematch in front of what should be a much better crowd in Toronto should help too – that Brooklyn crowd suuuuuucked, and I think it hurt the match.

By all accounts, Vince loves A.J. Vince has allegedly been telling people he wishes he'd signed A.J. a decade ago.

How many times has the dude been pinned clean since his singles push began?

Nothing? They're still boring as fuck.

"Make Roman look strong. Make Seth look strong"

That was after the match was made. What Nadia is referring to was immediately after Sasha's fake retirement, when they'd announced two different opponents for Sasha on the same night.

When you have a small roster, you have to be smart about using it. They're still ultimately going to butt up against the limitations of having such a small array of top guys, especially since Cena isn't going to be around much and Orton is always hurt, but for now it's definitely a better show than Raw.

Dean is significantly less over now than he was a couple months ago. He spent his entire title reign acting like a total dick and having bad matches, and consequently people don't seem to like him as much as before.

It'd make almost as much sense too, since anyone who can't tell the Bellas apart based on the fact that Nikki has a giant fake rack and Brie doesn't probably won't be able to tell that Jimmy is about 20 pounds heavier than Jey.

It means Corbin looked like the more experienced, better worker.

She's already a better wrestler.

It's not just the women – Vince has been booking his top babyfaces to be huge jerks since time immemorial, because he is an awful human being and views such behavior as being "cool."
