Digimon Season 4's "Beastie Girl": Never officially banned but pretty explicitly featured a 12-year-old girl changing clothes.

That means nearly 10% of Bonkers episodes were banned.

If I remember correctly, an episode of Static Shock centering around a school shooting was one of the best episodes of that series too.
