I love the half-baked nature of the show, but agree it is out of place three hours after The Price is Right on the same station. It would have a lot more charm if it was on at midnight on some shittier station.
I've always thought that Wayne's improv singing was more impressive than funny. Coming up with a song off the top of your head like that and making it good is crazy difficult but I don't think I've ever laughed out loud at one.
