Pretty much everything with Jess since she came back has been as bad as the early "adorkable" stuff. There's big wacky personalities and then there's not being anything close to a believable character.

Argument against: the characters in the movie are only Batman and Lex Luthor because that's who the movie says are, missing critical parts of both. A notable DC character is very needlessly killed with little care. Gigantic plot holes.

We know there's Earth-2 Laurel because she's on an upcoming Flash episode as "Black Siren"

I do wonder if it sets up an arc for her where she's on Legends of Tomorrow Season 2 (great hook: Rip tells her I can't save you but you can help save the world) and transported back knowing she's about to die.

The show has gotten considerably sloppier since the other shows arrived, so I wouldn't be surprised. Going back to Thrones, that's a way more detailed and "prestige" show and they botched a far more serious scene.

If they're lying:
A) Game of Thrones could really learn from them!
B) Screw them. Can't say "we didn't want to repeat stuff we already did" and completely renege on that. Death would never mean anything on Arrow again, something they rectified with closing up shop on the Lazarus Pit.
