What changed for you? I quit ASAP for those reasons

Really savor Friday Night Lights (and don't let S2 deter you)

I didn't mind Alias S5, Rachel Nichols is good in it (remembered her name because someone here suggested Continuum, which I just started and like). The Jack/Sloane culminating scene is fun. Because I wasn't in total love with the peak of Alias, the decline kind of blended in. And yes, Nikita is amazing at the end

Oh I know. Just biding my time on that, Futurama and West Wing. Got to get through the lesser stuff I can watch at 2x or 3x playback speed first.

For me it was the opposite, I hated the new Turbo team, TJ aside. Just could not care less about them. And yeah, I watched a couple Samurai episodes back when it aired and my lord were they abysmal. The best actor IIRC was the "real" red ranger, the sister.

Only midway into S1, so I skipped most of your post haha. I'm to the Lwaxana Troi episode and have managed to avoided almost every spoiler (I know someone loses a limb but managed to mostly forget who). I felt the need to get through some shorter run shows before circling back. Like it so far, I can see the potential.

Futurama is one of those large projects I'm saving for next year. Can't wait for it.

Crap, Tapestry is one of the only ones I forgot to grade (but I liked it). Inner Light I had really built up so it underwhelmed a bit (but still enjoyed) as did Picard's four lights moment because of what followed. I liked imagining Picard had an unbreakable will. I loved All Good Things as much as when I'd seen it

I just finished Turbo today (I watch them at 4x-6x speed, so I did Zeo and Turbo B2B). Will take a break to catch some new 2015 shows before going to In Space. Looking forward to Andros, he seems cool. As a kid, I only watched Wild Force and Ninja Storm (GOAT theme song), with a bit of SPD and Dino Thunder. Time Force

You can't even get back Empire Strikes Back as "good"? That's…yeah.
Let's see…
Scrubs (not really my humor, but Season 8 was good and they pull off drama quite well)
Power Rangers (just for the heck of it, and man is the MMPR era terrible)
Nikita (fantastic, loved it)
Alias (also good, preferred Nikita slightly)
Finished

The problem is the Rebels characters simply aren't that good. There's been episodes devoid of TCW characters and they've been disappointing. The Hera one was OK, but nothing special, and the Sabine one was a bummer. I'm just not sure they have anything special to say about Sabine or Zeb especially. If these weren't

Absolutely. They wanted to start her as immature as some of the other protagonists. (Also, the early animation gets better at articulating the characters, Downfall of a Droid is just painful to look at, whereas Landing at Point Rain is simply stunning.

Lucas spent way too much money on The Clone Wars for me to believe he was just on a 30 year cash grab. You can see the difference in the product rather drastically between TCW and Rebels.

Palpatine is surely handling the force users himself. He's only going to allow the Inquisitors so much training, so it makes them a good threat for the Rebels, because they're dangerous but inherently limited, making it believable when they're beaten.

My guess would be Obi-Wan omits that from his message because if someone that great and illustrious can turn, the galaxy would have a hard time ever trusting a Jedi again.

The first 15 minutes were good and then…YOOOOOOOOOOOO. Everything about Ahsoka there was just sublime, everything I could have imagined. The combo of the score, doors opening, smoke/fog and the white lightsabers gave her the feel of a deity, which feels appropriate given how she has transcended simply "light" or

Or just rainbow all at once. A tie dye lightsaber.

You made up that Criminal Minds spinoff. Tell me you made that up. There's no way "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders" is an actual show.

Only watched for a minute, but it was long enough to catch Trebek snidely say something to the effect of "Here's the category for Final Jeopardy …*reveal*… and maybe that'll help turn things around."

Get to The Clone Wars ASAP (and use chronological order). As for Rebels, as someone else mentioned, the back part of Season 1 is nice (and the Season 2 premiere is fantastic) but it's been flat since, using its extra episode count on "character spotlight" episodes that are incredibly thin.
